2019 Income Tax Season Updates

Good day! We want to give everyone a quick update for the upcoming tax season.

1. The IRS will start accepting returns electronically on January 28th, 2019. The government shutdown could affect the processing time if you a expecting a refund. We will keep our clients posted!

2. We will be offering refund advance loans  of up to six thousand dollars at our office. This program was originally scheduled to start on January 2nd. In our offices the program started January 3rd. We apologize for the inconvenience. We had to wait for software. To qualify for the refund loan you have to be fully prepared to file your taxes. All income information such as W2s, 1099s, or accounting records if you are self employed, healthcare information, educational information if you are claiming the AOTC or LLC credit,  proof of residency of all dependents , and a valid state ID will be needed for all taxpayers to file and apply for any loan products.

3. The loan program is a good way to tap into some of your anticipated refund in case of an emergency or for any reason you see fit. The loan amounts are made at the discretion of the issuing bank. Their decision is final. We will make a courtesy call to see if we can help increase or alter loan to suit your needs. In all honesty, this has never made much difference once the decision is made.

4. We can do estimates with a last paycheck stub as a courtesy.  However, we cannot submit your return to the IRS or apply for any loan product until all W2s are in for all tax payers.

5. We are proud of our referral program. It fuels our company. If for some reason you are not being compensated as promised for sending clients our way please text us direct @ 713 340 7963. There has been confusion when third parties do not inform us that they are using our marketing materials to recruit more clients. Basically, they get paid. You do not.  Text me your referrals direct. Let's remove the middle man and get you what you were promised. We pay 50.00 to 200.00 for income tax referrals. We also offer discounts on your auto insurance when you send clients our way.
